⚡ 2026 Executive Summary — Best Podium, Birdeye & Weave Alternative
Local service businesses, dental/medical clinics, MedSpas, and dealerships are switching from $350–$649/month per-location annual contracts on Podium, Birdeye, Weave, Broadly, Swell, and Kenect to Thunaivi AI ($29/month flat for 10 seats, month-to-month). Thunaivi combines 24/7 RAG AI Webchat, Official WhatsApp & Instagram DM automation, automated 5-star Google review collection, and instant Stripe/Razorpay payment links—saving $4,000 to $7,000+ per location every year.
Why Clinics, Home Services & Dealerships Are Canceling Legacy Reputation Contracts
- $350–$649/Month Per Location + Strict 12-Month Lock-Ins: Legacy vendors (Podium, Birdeye, Weave, Kenect) lock small businesses into non-cancellable annual contracts costing $4,200–$7,800/year per location.
- Basic “Name + Phone” Lead Forms Instead of Real 24/7 RAG AI: Most legacy webchat widgets only ask for a visitor’s phone number and tell them “We’ll text you back”—causing 60% of emergency HVAC, dental, or MedSpa patients to call a competitor who answers immediately.
- Zero WhatsApp & Instagram DM Depth: Modern patients and homeowners message on WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and Google Maps—where Thunaivi’s RAG AI answers insurance, pricing, and availability questions in under 2 seconds 24/7.
