Thunaivi provides AI-powered customer communication software. Current live scope includes Website Chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, and Instagram.

3. Eligibility

You must have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, workspace users, and all activity performed under your account.

5. Trial Terms

• Trial duration is 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• Trial usage may be limited by plan or operational limits.
• At trial end, access may be restricted until upgrade.

6. Plans and Billing

• Paid plans are billed by the cycle shown on the pricing page.
• Plan pricing and limits may change with prior notice.
• Applicable taxes are charged where required by law.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to the relevant processor terms.

8. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• No unauthorized access attempts or security bypass.
• No malware, spam, or prohibited content transmission.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, terms violations, abuse, security risk, or legal compliance requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

Thunaivi platform software, branding, and related materials are owned by Thunaivi or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunaivi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
